Girl on the Move!

This is my second post of the night. Be sure to check out post below. So our little girl is onry! Look at this face! She loves getting in to my magazines. And when you take them away from her she gets really ticked! This morning right before we were going to walk out the door, I snapped a few pics of Adlee on the move! She started in the living room, made her way to the back door.

Think I'll see what is happening in the laundry room right now. Not much so I guess I will move on.

So now I head down the hallway to the formal dining room.

This girl does not sit still for long. Jeremy picked Adlee up from daycare today to find out she pulled herself up in the pack n play at naptime. She is growing way too fast!

Adlee Meets Luke!

Last weekend, we visited our friends Sean, Tiffany and Luke in Iowa City. We had not been to their new house yet and it was a great visit. The weather was pretty cold so we couldn't do much outside but we still had a great time. Friday we visited and Tiffany cooked us a nice dinner. Tiffany is 16 weeks pregnant with their second child, due in September! Saturday we hung out, Jeremy & Sean went fishing for a bit. We decided to get out of the house for a bit and we went to their local mall. Very nice mall! I want to go back to shop again! We grabbed Panera for lunch and enjoyed walking around the mall. I had to hit a few stores we do not have. Saturday night we went out for pizza on the Univ. of Iowa campus. Sean and Tiffany were great hosts and we plan to go back to visit this summer. We came back home Sunday. The pictures of the deer are looking out Sean & Tiffany's window in their living room. There were probably 7 deer that walked by on Sunday morning. Adlee hanging out at Luke's house!

Crinkle Nose & Birthday Bow

So Adlee has started to make funny faces at us! She will smile and quint her eyes and crinkle her nose. It is so funny! The fact that she does not have any top teeth makes it even funnier. But those two top teeth are starting to come in!

We went to Iowa this past weekend to visit friends (More on that in another post). On the way home I decided to make a few hairbows. I started 11 bows for Adlee. Obviously I could not make the whole thing since I didn't have my glue gun in the truck but here is a sneak peek at her Birthday bow.

Crawling Everywhere!!!

We have a little girl that is crawling EVERYWHERE!

Last weekend we had a family reunion that we attending for some of Jeremy's family.
Adlee was in rare form and was letting everyone know she was there!

I don't really know who these kids are other than Adlee:) But I thought she looked so cute in the picture and the little girl holding her did a great job holding her!

Last weekend I took a few of Adlee's things to the consignment shop here in town. Of course I also found her a few things as well. I found a few Gap, Old Navy, Gymboree, Carters, Osh Kosh. A few of the things still had the tags still on.

So our little girl is no longer sitting still! She is everywhere! She is so proud of herself. I can't believe how fast our little girl is growing up!

So I was trying to get a picture of her crawling and by the time I got the camera ready, she had crawled up in my face and was trying to grab the camera:) Thus the very close up of her!

Adlee's Dr. Appt. & New Car Seat!

Adlee got a new car seat! She loves it. We had to travel to a family reunion this weekend and she finally got to ride in her new seat. Her Grandma Cathy & Steve got it for her.

Adlee had her 9 month Well Baby visit this week. Yay for no shots this time!!!

We have a Whopperdilly on our hands! Adlee weights 21 lbs and is 27 inches long. She is doing great and is right on track with everything. We are going to start yogurt and Stage 3 foods (once I go to the store and purchase some). We have tried a few table foods but she doesn't seem real interested so we will keep trying. Adlee's Dr. also said that Stage 3 foods will get her used to the texture of regular food as well.

She let it be known that she was at the Dr. office. She kept hollering! Daaaa!!!

Someone woke up with crazy hair on Monday and it still looked like this in the late afternoon at her appointment. Too funny!

Happy 9 Months Adlee!

Adlee Girl is 9 months old today! Just like every other month, I really can't believe it! Our monthly pictures now takes both of us to get her attention and try to get her to not eat the paper!



Adlee, you are getting soooo big!
You are a very happy baby. We are so lucky!
Wearing 6-9 month clothes, some 12 months
Size 3 diapers
Still eating formula, cereal, fruit and veggies. We have your 9 month appointment on Monday so we hope to begin yogurt after that appointment.
We will also find out how much you weigh as you haven't been weighed since your 6 month appointment.
You have tried mashed potatoes, avocodo, mandarin oranges (in the mesh thing), banana (in the mesh thing). We have not given too much regular food yet. We tried a puff and you gagged and it scared Mommy!
You are a chatterbox! You started by saying Mama! But apparently you have forgotten how to say Mama because all you can say right now is Dada!
You squeel when you see your friends at daycare in the morning.
You squeel when Daddy goes to pick you up from daycare.
You get so excited when Mommy gets home from work. You always want Mommy to pick you up before changing her clothes.
Starting to pull yourself up. Haven't all the way but really trying.
Crawling or Rolling all over the place.
You love the curtains and the vents.
You wave bye bye.
You love all your toys. You love to just play play play when you aren't sleeping.
You really love looking at yourself in the mirror above your changing table.
Daddy had to move your dresser/changing table out from the wall a little bit because you kept bringing your leg up and kicking the mirror.
You are sleeping through the night. You go to sleep around 7:30 or 8 now and sleep until about 6:30. Once you rolled over in the night and onto your tummy you have slept really well and all through the night.
You take 2 naps a day on a typical day.
You are drinking water out of your sippy cup.
We love you Adlee girl! Mommy and Daddy can't get enough of you!
Mommy is starting to plan your 1st Birthday Party! I can't believe it will be here in 3 months.

We decided to get Adlee a jewelry box for her baptism gift. It came in the mail today. It is really nice! She is getting some jewelry for her baptism so we needed a jewelry box to keep it in.
