Teeny Ballereenie!

Adlee had her first Teeny Ballereenie Mommy & Me class today! It was really precious to see all these 1 to 2 year olds in little leotards and tights and slippers! Adlee did ok, I think all the kids were trying to figure out what was happening. I am hoping the next class goes a little better as she wanted me to hold her a lot this time. She loved getting a sticker at the end and when the instructor brought out the scarves she loved that too!
We have had a busy day. Had class, went to visit my Grandma and had lunch out with my Grandma, my Aunt and my Mom & Steve. Jeremy is chaperoning the 8th grade dance tonight. We went and had ice cream and played outside a lot with all the neighbors.

Such A Sweet Girl!

This little girl is growing like a week and so extremely smart! I thought I would share a few pictures from my phone that I have taken over the last week.

One morning before daycare...bedhead and all:)

Someone loves her tractors!

Adlee and Daddy took Mommy to lunch last Friday. Excited she was at El Toro!

Got a new Paul Frank gardening hat at Target in the gardening section!

Someone Went Golfing With Her Daddy!

Apparently they both took their putters over to the golf course last week and practiced putting.

More Weekends of Fun!

We have had a great few weekends recently. Running around doing fun stuff together as a family!
My pictures uploaded in the opposite order in which I wanted them to so I am going to work backwards! haha!

Saturday we went and had lunch and did a little shopping! Jeremy needed new shoes for work and it is just always fun to run around on Saturdays as a family. I had my eye on this hat from Gymboree when they first sent their emails advertising their swim stuff. Adlee loved it and wore it all around the mall! I can't wait for her to wear it this summer!

I don't shop at Wet Seal, well obviously because the clothes do not work well for this 35 year old mother, but Adlee was infatuated with the pink manequins in the store, so we had to stroll through there. She also decided to take a seat on the window display! This girl loves the mall and going shopping!

Saturday morning Adlee looked so precious when she woke up. Saturdays are now our donut days and she knows that her Daddy will go to the store and get her donuts for breakfast.

Friday was a girls day! Adlee's daycare was closed so I took the day off to stay home with her. We went to Papa Del's for lunch with my co-workers. Prior to that we stopped by my Mom's office to show Adlee off. Her co-workers had not seen her in person since I was on maternity leave with her. That morning we had gone to the grocery store to get items for a crock pot meal I was making for dinner and Adlee spotted the Minnie Mouse cookies pictured below. They are super cute and it makes me wish I had a Minnie Birthday party planned for her but we have time for that, we are doing Elmo this year! So we made the cookies (or I made them while Adlee was supposed to be napping). See next image, she was too wound up from our girls day and did not want to nap and proceeded to take her socks off and throw everything out of her crib and this is what I found when I went into her room to get her!

Weekends of Fun!

I posted a few pics last week of Adlee sitting on the little lawn tractor at my Dad's house. Well I forgot to post a few other pictures from that weekend as well. On the way home she decided to read her book.

We had a visit from Adlee's Grandparents, Jeremy's parents. Adlee had fun playing with her Grandma on the Ipad. Adlee and I are going to purchase an Ipad here soon when we can get our hands on the Ipad 3.

Angus the Pug visited as well. He looked handsome because he was just freshly groomed!

And on Sunday last weekend, Adlee was being silly showing off for her Grandma! So this is the image I captured!

Teeny Ballereenie!

I just enrolled Adlee in a Teeny Ballereenie class with the Urbana Park District. It will be on Saturday mornings for about a month. I am so excited. It is a Mommy/Child class. So today, i ran to target to get her the accessories she needs for her class. I think we have light pink tights at home that she can wear. I just picked these up at lunch and had to take a picture, thus the reason for the picture being taken on my desk. I am sure I will post more pictures once class starts which is not until March 31st!

Adlee Loves Tractors!

Adlee really loves tractors right now. We have to drive by all 3 tractor dealerships in our town pretty much every day. She can see tractors at one of the dealerships from our back window and she always says "Pretty tractors!"
This weekend we went to visit my Dad. Adlee sat on his little lawn tractor. Once they get in the fields, we hope to have her ride on a bigger tractor. She keeps saying "Adlee ride on it!" Yes, right now she likes to speak in the 3rd person! Kind of like Elmo! Haha!

Girls Day Out!

This past Saturday, Jeremy was busy with a school wrestling meet. Adlee and I decided it would be a perfect time to have a girls day out! We headed to Bloomington about 8:30 and hit Hobby Lobby, Von Maur, The Gingerbread House (which is a cute toy store) and Avanti's for lunch!

This was Adlee on the way to Bloomington. She was resting up for all the shopping we were about to do!

Adlee had a ball at the Gingerbread House. She played and played. She got a stackable wooden snowman (see image below) and she also got a baby with a bottle to feed her!

She loved playing with the train table! She loves Thomas!

She put the baby she picked out in a stroller with her bottle and pushed her around!

We shared lunch at Avanti's of spaghetti, salad, bread and a chocolate chip cookie. Avanti's bread is so yummy! At one point, Adlee was yelling "More bread! More bread!"

I timed our girls day in hopes that she would nap once we got home. However, she had other plans and was pretty much bouncing off the walls and refused to nap!

This was her on Sunday playing with her new "Frosty".
