Twins!

My Step Sister and her husband had twin girls in the early morning hours of the 27th. Joanna Grace & Kaitlyn Laura were born at 12:34 and 12:35 a.m. on June 27th. I went to the hospital yesterday to see them. Joanna was 6.1 lbs. 18 1/2 inches long and Kaitlyn was 5 lbs. 14 oz. 18.5 inches long. They are so precious and are perfect. I am so happy for Julie and Zakk. Everyone is doing really good!

Tired Girl & Artwork

This morning on the way to daycare, Adlee fell asleep in the car. I snapped this picture of her at the stop light. She does not have a boo boo she is just obsessed with bandaids right now! I went to lunch with my friend Erin yesterday and she gave me Adlee's birthday present. She got her this doodle thing and below is a picture Adlee did last night. I brought it to work with me today to hang in my office. A fun little drawing machine! My Step-sister had twin girls yesterday, early morning. I will do a separate post on them!

Fun In The Sun!

We have had a fun weekend!
Jeremy and I had a date night Saturday night!  We went out to dinner, went to the cupcake store and then we didn't know what to do with ourselves so we went and bought new beds.  We finally are upgrading to a king and we got Adlee a full.  Her crib/toddler bed converts to a full size bed.  Can't wait for them to be delivered in about a week.
Adlee got her toe nails painted for the first time Saturday.  It took her about an hour to let me do it but we finally got them painted and they are the cutest thing I have ever seen!

Adlee got a new Minnie chair from her Grandma.  At first she was scared to sit in it (for some odd reason) and now she wants to sit in it all the time!

We had fun this weekend playing in the pool and eating popsicles.  I love Adlee's Itty Bitty Teeny Weenie Polka Dot Bikini!

Adlee got a water table for her birthday from her Grandma Jan and Pop Pop!  She loves playing with it!

Star Sticks and Reading People & Us Weekly

Now that Adlee is in the 2's room, she gets Star Sticks for good behavior. I love picking her up and seeing what kind of Star Sticks she has received that day. She just started getting them this week as they made a little holder for their Star Sticks. We are allowed to bring them home and use them at home for good behavior as well.

Last night she decided to read People Magazine and Us Weekly before bed!

Adlee got a new toy for her bday!  Well she got several new toys but I got a quick picture of this one!

Jeremy made himself some chicken wings on Father's Day!  He makes them outside so it does not make the house smell all greasey!

Having Fun!

Total Randomness here... Adlee is starting her transition to the 2's room at daycare/school. She has been going a few hours each day and will start full days in the 2's room next week! I can't believe it! Our baby is growing so fast!

Last Saturday we had a little tea party!

Last night, Adlee's daycare/school had a Family Picnic.  They had hot dogs, beans, chips, cookies and lemonade.  They also had games and prizes.  It was fun to go and meet a few of the other parents.  Please excuse the cookie in the mouth shot.  I was trying to get a picture of her chocolately face to send to Daddy since he was unable to attend.

Her lovely plain hot dog bun that hit the ground probably 20 times.

Last Friday night we went to dinner and ordered onion rings.  Adlee loves onion rings.  The girl kept wanting to eat them.  I finally cut her off so she would not get a tummy ache.
